When I work on a time and material basis, I will give you copies of the invoices for all the materials that I purchase for your job.

I will keep an accurate log of the time I spend and will only charge you for time worked. It will include time for picking up material and job related travel.

If I work by the contract, the price will not change unless we both agree to the changes and the price to do them.

If a job requires a licensed tradesman or a permit, I will get them to do the job. I will not circumvent local building regulations. All jurisdictions allow me to do minor electrical and plumbing repairs or extend an HVAC run. Some jurisdictions allow more.
