I did all the work on this project from digital photos and a description of the work desired.

The plans for this project included foundation plan, floor plan, elevations, details, framing plans, and a 3D drawing.

While a visit to the site and a discussion with the homeowner is the ideal way to prepare plans for an addition, in this particular case all of the design work on this project was done from digital photos and a description of the work desired, emailed to me by a very knowledgeable contractor in a different state.
